Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the Knock-it Rocket must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

You may be asked to provide a photo of the item and its condition to help speed up the return or refund process.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Products that show signs of use, outdoor wear, dirt, damage from use, or missing packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Damages and Manufacturer Defects

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your product arrives defective or damaged, contact us immediately.

Include a photo of the damaged product and a brief description of the issue.

Once verified, we will send a replacement unit as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
